Troubleshoot Timed Activities in ACT!

ACT! allows us to schedule activities such as a phone call, task, or meeting for a specific time. Once scheduled, these activities should show up in your Task List. If you find that your “timed” activities aren’t listed, check your settings (you may have unintentionally checked something that turned their display off):

ACT! Version 6.0

  1. Click on the Activities tab.
  2. Click the View menu, then Filter Activities.
  3. Make sure the Show cleared activities option is clear.
  4. Make sure the Show only timeless option is clear.
  5. Review the dialog box for other options.

Suggestion: All Activity types and priority should be Checked.

ACT! 2005

  1. Click on the Activities tab.
  2. Click the View menu, then Filter Activities.
  3. Make sure the Show cleared tasks option is clear.
  4. Make sure the Only Show timeless option is clear.
  5. Review the dialog box for other options.

Suggestion: All Activity types and priorities should be set to All.
