Troubleshoot Timed Activities in ACT!ACT! allows us to schedule activities such as a phone call, task, or meeting for a specific time. Once scheduled, these activities should show up in your Task List. If you find that your “timed” activities aren’t listed, check your settings (you may have unintentionally checked something that turned their display off): ACT! Version 6.0
Suggestion: All Activity types and priority should be Checked.ACT! 2005
