Align numbered bulletsWhen you create a numbered list in Microsoft Word, everything looks fine until you get to number 10. Then you notice that the "0" sticks out to the right, like: 1. 2. ... 9. 10. If you want all the numbers to line up on the decimal point, like: 1. 2. ... 9. 10. use the following steps. 1. From the Format menu choose Bullets and Numbering 2. Choose the Numbered tab 3. Click the Customize button on the lower right side of the dialog box 4. Look for the Number Option 5. Click the drop down and choose Right Align 6.
