Company Profile
First Choice/Your Choice offers personalized computer software training
and support programs to businesses through group training classes, one-on-one computer
coaching,
and tele-coaching (phone support).
Training is provided at customer locations and partner classroom facilities throughout the
Chicago area.

 Norma Kaplan, President
As a software trainer and personal computer coach, Norma Kaplan brings her
commitment to excellence to her work, combining her years of
corporate experience in
computers, training, and administration to fit her clients' business needs, increase their efficiency, and
bolster their bottom lines.
She founded First Choice/Your Choice in 2001 to support
businesses confronted by the promise and challenge of today's
computer systems. Her expertise ranges from using databases to
expand sales and increase overall efficiency to more improved
production of administrative reports and marketing materials.
